Instead of googling people, CVGadgetize them!
I came across CV Gadget via Woosk. As Albert said, everything should be made as simple as possible, but not simpler.
CV Gadget is so the best tool I've used for searching people: results are displayed from a bunch of sources (Google, LinkedIn, Facebook etc) on a single page, and I don't need more nor less :-)
